Executive Director

As Executive Director for Right To Live, T.V. Sridhar is in charge of all our program strategies and development initiatives. He brings deep technical expertise and analytical rigor in championing relationships with our Corporate/individual donors, large foundations, Government, and Partners.

Vinay Narayana Swamy

Director - Strategic Initiatives

As one of the founding members of Right To Live, Vinay lends his expertise in marketing to develop, establish, and maintain marketing strategies to meet Right To Live’s organizational objectives. He is responsible for strategic initiatives that include fundraising, corporate relationships, branding, and marketing.

Girish Ramachandra

Director – US Chapter

As one of the founding members of Right To Live, Girish is responsible for building and maintaining individual support, and corporate partnerships through the US chapter of Right To Live. He specializes in program design, developing employee and corporate giving strategies, and global corporate social responsibility programs.

Ramesh C K

Director of Project Operations

Ramesh brings very rich experience in large programs management and expertise in setting up processes for smoother operations. His expertise in executing many Social Services projects is an added advantage to Right To Live.

Program Manager

Shambhavi performs the role of Program Manager for Right To Live which includes fundraising, corporate partner relations, program coordination, documentation, execution, and analysis of programs, event organization, and social media marketing.

Veeresh Sonde

Operation Manager

Veeresh facilitates efficient implementation of project objectives and maximizing community participation. He works closely with the beneficiaries and partners of Right To Live such as Education Departments, Schools, Children, Hospitals, Patients, and other like-minded not-for-profits to effectively implement the education, health, and village infrastructure programs.

Harisha Y N

Field Coordinator

Harisha is responsible for coordinating, consolidating, and ensuring smooth implementation of Right To Live’s projects and activities. He works extensively with hospitals, schools, village sites, and local officials to ensure that all projects are carried out seamlessly and follows the guidelines and quality standards defined by Right To Live.

Project Assistant - Partner Management

Nargees assists the Program Manager at Right To Live with the activities involved in fundraising, corporate partner relations, program coordination, documentation, and reporting

Jayanth B Y

Project Assistant - Operations

Jayanth assists the Operations Manager at Right To Live with day-to-day activities required for the smooth implementation of the project. He coordinates with schools, hospitals and other community service organizations and collects required parameters to execute the projects.

Anita Kishore

Anita Kishore is the Chief Strategy Officer at BYJU’S and has been instrumental in acquisitions and investments for BYJU’S. She is an Alumni of IIM Ahmedabad and has previously worked with Boston Consulting Group and is very passionate about teaching Mathematics.

Vinay Sridhar

Vinay Sridhar is a Business Operations Lead, Studios at Spotify in their New York office. He has previously worked with McKinsey & Company, the Government of India with the Quality Council of India, and the Prime Minister’s Office. He is an alumnus of IIT Madras and Harvard Business School.
