Mr. Srikrishna S S, a 49-year-old man, is an employee of a private company in Bangalore. Srikrishna has been suffering from hypertension, hypothyroidism and chronic kidney disease since 2018 and was recently detected with right front oparietotemporal subdural hemorrhage with midline shift with mass effect and corpus callosal bleed. He was treated at the Intensive Care Unit of a hospital thereafter.

As per detailed advice by a neurological specialist at the Apollo Hospital, Bangalore, he has been advised neuro-rehabilitation, tracheostomy care, Ryle’s tube feed and planned decannulation of tracheostomy with the continuation of hemodialysis on alternate days.
